About the Company
Incorporated in 1989, Noble Pharmacare Limited set up its state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, established in technical collaboration with PharmaPlan, Germany, features machinery and technical expertise imported from one of the world's leading countries. We initially specialized in manufacturing disposable syringes with needles of various sizes. Over time, we have expanded our product portfolio to include more surgical disposables medical devices such as intravenous infusion sets (IV Sets) and surgical and examination gloves. Additionally, we have diversified our offerings to include disposable face masks, head caps, blood lancets, umbilical cord clamps, and both disposable and safe delivery kits.
Our expertise lies in producing high-quality disposable syringes in various sizes. We have a history of exporting our products globally and were honored with the Top Exports Award by the Government of Odisha in 2002. Our diverse customer base includes both public and private institutions. We predominantly serve public institutions and hospitals & private sectors with notable clients.
Additionally, we offer contract manufacturing services as an OEM. This collaboration allows us to leverage our advanced manufacturing capabilities and stringent quality control processes to produce high-quality medical products under their esteemed brand names. Our Success
We have developed Auto-Disable Syringes, positioning ourselves as one of the three manufacturers in India producing these syringes. Designed entirely in-house, our Auto-Disable Syringes are currently marketed to select states. These syringes reduce injection-related infections by automatically disabling after a single use. With WHO advocating for their global use, we are ramping up production to meet this demand and assist in the health crisis. During COVID-19, we prioritized global health by ensuring a continuous supply of syringes for vaccination efforts worldwide. Our commitment to quality and efficiency allowed us to meet the heightened demand, supporting vaccination campaigns across numerous countries. This effort underscored our dedication to combating the pandemic and ensuring public safety through reliable medical supplies.

Product manufacturing
We have increased our manufacturing potentials by retro-fiting all our machineries and currently we are manufacturing 2-3 lakhs of syringes every single day in just 2 shifts. We are a debt-free company and a public Unlisted company.
We can go entire public listed company in case a need arises in the future. We are systematically making ourselves ready for being one of the key disruptors for eradicating the virus from the entire globe.

Subrat Garabadu, Managing Director, third-generation entrepreneur, envisioned and founded Noble Pharmacare Limited in the year 1989 to be set up in his home state of Odisha to bridge the gap between primary care and access to high quality essential and specialized medical devices by replacing traditional glass syringes.
With deep industry knowledge, he leads the company through significant transformations, turning complex processes and business initiatives into actionable strategies. Known for his inspiring leadership, he brings fresh ideas, unique insights, and immense passion to the organization, fostering an internally competitive and progressive atmosphere that propels Noble Pharmacare to new heights daily.

Apart from his Corporate engagement, he manages the century-old and the oldest Publication house of the state Radharaman Pustakalaya. He is also the President of Odisha’s only and oldest State recognised association (Utkal Pharmaceuticals Manufacturers Association UPMA). He is a voluntary social worker and is engaged in various developmental activities in their locality along with unconditional support to his Alma Mater Ravenshaw Collegiate school, serving as two times elected Secretary of the Old Student's Association. He is also the Secretary of Noble 2005, a non-profit social organization comprises of a group of expert specialized doctors that conducts medical camps in the remotest of areas in the state of Odisha. He strives to serve the society, by taking his family's legacy forward.
